Last few pictures

Here are the final pictures I am going to post.

For this blog I decided to use my pictures to demonstrate my growth in art. I feel some of them worked and some not so much. When taking th epictures I tried different things to get different results. I looked at color, lighting, angle and concept. Photography is something Iwould like to continue with. Here are some of the pictures that have taken recently.

In the picture of the fish bowl, do you think there is a fish their or not?

The chirstmans potluck was my artistic venture into music. I think the potluck went well but my singing needs some work. I think the people playing the recorders did a fantstic job.

Another art lesson I used during my practicum was stickman art. The class also enjiyed this activity a lot. They had to draw 5 different stickmen but they could not use straight lines. The stickmen also had to answer the question "what if all the stickmen of the world were freed from their stiffness?" The students had to choose their favorite of the 5, mount it on colored construction paper and put it on the wall. They also had to fill out a question form explining why that stickman was their best work and why it answered the question.

Musical Lines

During my practicum I did some linked lessons focusing on line. One of these lessons was the lines and music idea from the art gallery. I had the students listen to 3 short pieces of music and draw the lines they felt represented each piece on the same page. The students used a different color for each song. The class rally enjoyed the project and continued their creativiy with designing some interesting frames for their work.
